FDCPA Post-judgment actions

Here is an interesting case that points out that FDCPA post-judgment enforcement actions brought in a venue other than where the contract was signed or the debtor resides don’t violate the FDCPA because, at least in the instant case, the action is brought against the third-party employer, not the consumer.  What makes this case especially interesting is that a former U.S. Supreme Ct. Justice (retired Justice David Souter) was one of the judges rendering the opinion.
