I simply cannot imagine a scenario where police have to use a Taser and a shotgun with a beanbag round to subdue a 95 year old man who used a walker to move around. Yes, read that again. The police used a Taser and a shotgun beanbag round to subdue a 95 year old WWII veteran in a nursing home. Unsurprisingly, they ended up killing him. I am sure the city will end up paying a huge wrongful death claim. I am equally sure no officer will be punished much less criminally pursued for use of excessive force. Story here.
