Many times a judgment debtor will try to get around the fact of a state court judgment that can no longer be appealed, by bringing a Federal Court action attempting to attack the state court action.  Such behavior is barred by the Rooker-Feldman doctrine.  A recent case out of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania has a nice analysis of such an attempt with a very nice discussion of the Rooker-Feldman doctrine.  Opinion here.
