I hate lawyer advertising.  The 1977 Supreme Court decision allowing it was one of the worst things to happen to the profession.  Then, things like this and this happen.

Cease and desist

It seems like common sense, but if you send a cease and desist letter to a debt collector, you need to send it certified mail.  Case here.
